Survival

Why play it

Online Survival is the most hectic mode in Geolympia: up to five players, one shared set of questions and attacks that drain the leader’s clock. Staying calm matters as much as knowing the answers.

Up to 5 players. Everyone answers the same questions. Each player has a clock: 45 s with 2 players, +10 s for each one more.

Clock

• Right answer: +5 s.

• Wrong answer: −4 s.

• At 0 you are out. The last one standing wins.

Attack

• With 3 right in a row, and then every 5, you take 5 s from whoever has the most time.

Sudden death

• At 90 s every clock runs twice as fast.

Recorded games

• With few players online, you face recorded games of other players. Your attacks take time from them.

Trophies

• +5 for each rival you outlast, −5 for each one that outlasts you. Private rooms give none.

Tip

Everyone answers the same questions at the same time — you are eliminated by being slower or wronger than the rest of the room, not by a fixed lives count.
