Acceptance of these terms

By using the service you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, decompile, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its content without express authorization.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, or the minimum age required by the law of your country of residence if higher (some EU countries set it at 16). If you are under that age, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your account

You can play as a guest or by linking a Google account (and, in the app, also with email and password). You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for everything that happens on it. If you share your device or credentials with someone else, you take on that risk.

Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, using bots, automated scripts, or any means to play without genuine human input.
• Exploiting bugs in the economy system (coins, wildcards, streaks) to gain unintended advantages.
• Using offensive usernames, impersonating someone else, or infringing the rights of others.
• Harassing, threatening, or otherwise abusing other players.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other players' accounts or to the service's infrastructure.

Usernames and content

Your username and avatar are visible to other players. You are solely responsible for what you choose to display; we may change or remove any username that violates these terms, without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The service — including its design, branding, artwork, and code — is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you beyond the license to use described above.

Virtual currency

In-game coins are a virtual item with no real monetary value: they are not money, cannot be converted to real money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change how they are earned, their amount, or discontinue them, at any time.

In-app purchases

In-app purchases in the Android app are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; the developer never receives or stores your card details. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policy. If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly agreed to start enjoying the content before that period ends — the usual case when buying coins, which are delivered immediately.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms — in particular the prohibited conduct above — or if we detect fraudulent activity. You can close your own account at any time from Settings.

Service provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee that it will be error-free or available without interruption. We do not guarantee any specific uptime.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, such as consumer protections in Chile (Law 19.496) or the European Union.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. If a change is significant, we will indicate it within the service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Santiago, Chile. If you reside in the European Union, or in any other country whose law grants you non-waivable consumer rights, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
